This is the site where the University of the Philippines Anime Manga Enthusiasts get info regarding each others' statuses and whereabouts. Yes, we love each other that much~

This is an extension site of Luchi's journal. [that should explain the lulz - bry] [I wasn't expecting it to turn into a wiki. Anyway, keeping the info about AME here and out of my post to keep things from being redundant. - luchi]

  • Ching - cellphone was ringing as of 2am last night. No answer though.

  • Airis. UPDATE: SHE'S ALIVE!!! She's been cleaning her house for the whole day which got dirtied due to last night's flood.
  • Alex (Reyes) is okay.
  • Ami is okay. Village (in Taguig) is right beside the Laguna de Bay so she and her family had to move. House went underwater and still is. But life goes on! :)
  • AmyLou house was flooded but is apparently okay according to Ceejay. Electricity goes on and off according to Michelle.
  • Anapon was also "stranded" on SM North with her family. Now home. Anapon: wew guys hindi ako na-stranded talaga XD Nung sunday yun after church, nag-stock up si mama ng emergency supplies~ Stranded kami sa bahay nung sat, pero okay na kami \o/
  • Andrae is okay. house was flooded, but the water is gone now. food supply dwindling
  • Ann was seen in Facebook
  • April stayed at a friend in Tondo during the typhoon. But she texted they are okay now in Cainta.
  • Ara is fine.
  • Arby is doing fine, just got electricity recently.

  • Awie is sick but other than that, doing fine.
  • Bea is safe in their Paranaque home. Their home in Teacher's Village is dry and unaffected. LOL

  • Benn has been online all day.
  • Blanca is doing well.
  • Boom is staying at her neigbor's house. Mataas pa rin daw yung baha sa bahay nila. They need food and clothes. Will try to go there tomorrow. Is now staying at Terry's house. She needs all the help she can get.

    • Nagpunta po kami doon kahapon, they need WATER. Kung sino man pong makakatulong, maraming salamat po.
  • Bonni is currently fine. For 24hrs since Saturday: no electricity, cellphone was not charged, and the house is freaking sweating! D: (rain from outside oozes out of the walls!)
  • Bry is ok. <_<
  • Buta-chan was still able to text Luchi about someone's cosplay-related market research on Saturday night. Said her usual sim card is broken. You can contact her with this number: 09162761941
  • Carlo, Remb, Jasper and Cy (BUDDY!!! T3T) are doing fine.
  • Cats - assumes ok kasi seen online
  • Ceejay was stuck in Ortigas until recently. She is now trying to go back to Marikina. UPDATE: Still in Ortigas, but will go home in a while [-Ceejay].
  • Charm is alive and plurking.
  • Chelli ok naman kasi house is on a high area in marikina
  • Chen super late nagreply, pero nontheless, OK siya.
  • Cheska is okay
  • Claire's electricity just went back.
  • Clang is fine in Taguig. Cupcakes no longer on the horizon, but she's very much okay ♥
  • Cor is tired from cleaning, but is doing fine.
  • D is safe in Cavite with Lani. Their house in Philcoa was flooded pero hanggang sakong lang.
  • Ate Deng wasn't affected by the flood much. Maybe it's because she was in a safe place, or maybe it's because we're talking about Ate Deng.
  • Ate Dey - had Y!Med so assuming it was not a bot, she's safe.
  • Kuya Deedz is safe and okay.
  • Since Diego was able to attend Zoila's party and go home and go online yesterday, we are assuming he is okay. He will not be put in the "missing" list until further notice. He was also online and home last night, hope he still is. UPDATE: He's definitely fine and alive, so is his family. And oh btw he's online.
  • Drea is safe and okay. Although she braved the storm for her new EHD which is now named Ondoy.
  • Dyosa was seen in FB.
  • Earle "survived the deluge that happened yesterday, I hope others are doing good as well >_<"
  • Elias is also doing fine but there's a power outage in their area.
  • Elise is safe and in an extended vacation in Baguio.
  • Em(boy) feels haggard after CHM Days. IDK what that means but he just posted on facebook so yes, he's doing okay.
  • Em(girl)'s house got flooded up to 2nd floor. Still cleaning up. Walang pagkain kasi nagfloat yung ref!!!
  • Emman ay nagpakita na sa tambayan.
  • Emil is fine, has been seen plurking regularly.
  • Eri is fine, and she did not lose her tsinelas nor her life. Had an epic trekking adventure walking from Valenzuela to Meycauayan.
  • Erv was seen online, so assumed to be alright.
  • Ervian has been devirginized by Ondoy is safe and is online in Facebook. First time daw nyang makaexperience ng ganoong bagyo.
  • Faye is alive, still manages to text and reply to people and is still paranoid about going to UP for make-up classes on Monday, September 28.
  • Fra is back in her house! She's alive o/
  • Francis was on Facebook yesterday so he's probably fine,
  • Franel's house is apparently underwater or floating somewhere out there. UPDATE: They're doing fine.
  • Flori is safe and dry. Now monitoring whereabouts of people.
  • Gab is also safe he and his mother fished a cousin off a creek. Cousin and her laptop are both alive and well! o/
  • Gaila was stranded at KFC-Congressional yesterday after walking all the way from Trinoma, but got home safe and is now fine (but still scared with that guy who asked for her celphone number while she was stranded).
  • Gelique: is okay and "magdedeploy ng tanker para sa walang tubig" in Marikina. Good thing the "Marikina dam is releasing water" text is not true (according to the news).
  • Gero got stranded on the Math building yesterday but is now safe at home.
  • Gilbert swam the length of Katipunan yesterday. Immediately bathed in Lysol when he got home @ UPVill
  • Giv's grandmother and aunt died during the flood. Please pray for them.
  • Hanna is still a hikkikomori. She's still in Bicol. XD
  • Hazel SMS to ate Ria: "Hello thanks sa text. Ok na naman kami. Wala nang baha. Kaso puno ng putik house namin. 7 ft ung flood. .."
  • Hime and Toya are doing okay.

  • Ica: is fine and is probably having fettuccine for lunch.
  • Jam is playing Uno while waiting for emergency noodle supplies. She's doing volunteer work.
  • Jam M. is okay. Best way to contact is thru SMS.
  • Jason is safe and sexy except for the postponed bar exam
  • Jasper: is okay; got stranded at home (high terrain) since all routes outside were pretty much impassable.
  • Jenn Santos is in PGH.
  • Jeselle is doing fine.
  • Jessa: was stranded somewhere in Cubao last Saturday but after hours of walking, got safely home at around 10pm. Currently fine.
  • Jijo - was in Tagaytay when the storm hit, so he and his family are fine. The first floor of their house got flooded though, and all their appliances "drowned".
  • Jin: is fine.
  • JK was also "stranded" on SM North. Going home.
  • Jo is fine. Inabot yung first floor nila. She has no signal. I just called her landline. UPDATE: She just got her internet back
  • Joey is fine. Walked from Ayala to Shaw (then had tea at Starbucks hah). House is still knee deep in water.
  • Johann just woke up. And he's okay o/
  • Johnny nagreply pero tungkol sa sponsors sa fair yung reply. So it means he's safe.
  • Jojo and Hoto-chan are ok
  • Josh is okay.
  • Juice is doing okay.
  • Julie is fine, but can not text. No cellphone signal. Last seen on facebook yesterday.

  • Juts' house went underwater. He is safely staying with Tiff. UPDATE: He is finally back home in Philcoa. All their possessions are wet. Their appliances are all broken. This includes his laptop. He is helping out with the cleaning. Might not make it to school for the next week. (as of 9:03AM Sept 28, 2009) Alive and safe :D/
  • Kai's house also went underwater. But is doing fine with her family now. Has a smart helper who saved as much things and valuables as she can while the flood rises.
  • Karen is home safe.
  • Kat L is also doing fine.
  • Kat Uy replied after n years to n texts that she's fine.

  • Klausen is fine. She was online in YM last Saturday evening. (29-Sept-2009 12:53AM lol actually she's online right now)
  • Krischelle was seen online in YM. She has also been posting on facebook. (Yeah, may facebook na siya. MAFIA wars, anyone? /o/)
  • Kriz was doing fine as of Saturday evening, donned in complete rain outfit. Still manages to reply to texts, so I assume she's fine.
  • Krinkle's house got flooded a bit. But she's doing fine.
  • Kwini safe in Cavite, farming for ver online
  • Kyle their house in antipolo is on a high place. Safe from floods but still no electricity.
  • Kyoy is back in cyberspace! Their village lost power at about 3pm Saturday (except for Chiz who has a generator--wtf jumper na!), but regained it at about 11pm Sunday.
  • Lani was, and still is, in Cavite.
  • Leah is in Kamia dorm. People in UP are doing fine, may kuryente pero walang ilaw. Safe sa bagyo pero pinapatay naman ng mga deadline kasi di pwedeng ma move ang deadlines kahit walang ilaw >.<
  • Boss Lem's doing fine though their store got submerged.
  • Leslie - just got word from her plurk that she's home.
  • Lex was able to write a blog post so he's fine.
  • Lira and her family are doing fine. She will volunteer at Camp Aguinaldo, so sali na rin! Yay~! Help us pack 1000 thongs!
  • Lowell was spotted by klaine in the office; Still no electricity or phone line back at home and is hating Manny Villar more than ever.
  • Luchi is doing fine, as you can clearly see.
  • Madz and his family weren't affected so much by the flood. He hopes you're all okay.
  • Marco is still trying to contact Airis. House is dry and well-stocked.
  • Maxine just plurked :) She's okay.
  • May's house went underwater. They managed to save her mother's office bag. UPDATE: Now safe in Pasay Might not show up in UP for a week.

  • Pyor swam across the flood while carrying his dog and singing an Aegis song. He can now plurk so I'm assuming he's okay, or he's a plurking ghost. Liar! Also that story was cooler. Okay, the dog story was true + he's a streaker. He swam in boxer shorts. He is now safe in Las Pinas in his cousin's house and not swimming in the flood while singing Aegis songs.

  • QB is fine. She texted Kessiah last night. Whole house is still leaking though.

  • Red is a very rich kid who's vacationing in Cagayan de Oro while all this is happening. Don't worry about him. The Cagayan/Davao area is unaffected by storms (always).

  • Ronnie (kyaaaa)'s house just got their electricity back. Says they've been doing fine despite living in Montalban.

  • Sara was stranded in UP and slept over at UP BLISS. She managed to get back home. Reports that it's still flooded in Shaw. Sara here, Shaw is back to its normal, dirty state. Doing ok.
  • Sasa just posted a lot of videos and new stuff on Facebook so she's probably fine.
  • Sean just got home. Nastranded siya yesterday. School stuff is wet, but he's fine. He also has a new deck of Magic cards and epic priorities.

  • Tiff is doing fine. She got stranded in closed space (UP) but was able to go home. Camp Aguinaldo is badly flooded in random areas, but the golf (turned gulf) course behind her house helped the residential area a lot.

  • Wish got stuck at the Petron station in Katipunan yesterday but is now safe in their house in Las Pinas.
  • X is alive. No load. No internet. Also, up_ame film showing is officially canceled.
  • Xanne can still bitch so I'm assuming she's okay or she became a really bitchin' ghost.
  • Xien was still on facebook yesterday. She also lives in an area that was generally unaffected by the flood.
  • Yanyan seems safe, has been plurking every now and then. Got free food because of the calamity. is also Ryan.
  • Yu is doing fine. There's a flood outside of his house.
  • Yuni was seen in Facebook. Currently staying in Batangas since Saturday.

People Outside the Country

Messages, "FYI I'm ok here", show of support, etc. from our mems/alumni abroad.

  • Alisson and her family are most likely safe, coz she's in Australia and her family's in Dubai.
  • Cris (papavik) is cold in canada but family is safe.
  • Mark asks how things are going. Currently in Afghanistan, willing to help as the situation permits.
  • Martin's family in Marikina are safe/on high ground. He apologizes that he's MIA most of the time.
  • Mayi is back at Fort Sam Houston, Texas... and still wishing she could be with her friends and family in the Philippines right now.
  • Mic is in Poland. Her family is safe but her house (remember the '07 Christmas party? yeah, that house) got hit by the flood.
  • Mikki is in Hong Kong. If she's in danger, it's probably related to the Triad and not because of some flood.
  • Neko is also in canada; hoping everyone is safe.
  • Szusza finally got into contact with her family. <3
  • Ma'am Tina is ignoring the work assigned by her French advisers and is busy checking for news online. Also lamenting the loss of her Math notes.

  • Ateneo de Manila needs volunteers tomorrow. Packing starts at 6am at their campus' college covered courts.

  • The Psychology Department is trying to organize a psychosocial support team and a subteam will be devoted to offering counseling services for UP-Diliman students so if there is anyone among you (or if you know any UP-Diliman students) who have been affected by the ravages of Ondoy (ex. nabaha, nadisplace, etc.), please let Kat Uy know.

UPDATE: Chancellor Cao declares no school (UPDiliman) until Friday. Acad Calendar will also be adjusted. [buti naman! every sem na lang lagi nade-deny ang request namin to adjust acad calendar. >_< - ma'am tina]

IMPORTANT - ADDITIONAL CLASS DAYS IN 1ST SEM CALENDAR

The Chancellor has approved the extension of class days and adjustment in final exam schedules. Please read carefully the following.

1) The last day of classes will be on Oct. 13 (TUESDAY).
2) Integration period is on Oct 14 (WEDNESDAY)
3) Final exams will start on Oct 15 (THURSDAY) and end on Oct 19 (for graduating students); and Oct 22 (for other students)
4) Deadline for submitting grades is Oct 27 (THURSDAY) for graduating students; and Oct 30 (FRIDAY) for other students.
5) No adjustments will be made for the 2nd semester schedules (including registration and start of classes).
